First we were farmers, then we were brewers…

Arriving in Pemberton in the 1890’s our forefathers got straight to work farming their way into the future they wished to see for themselves. Steadfast and self-reliant they laid the foundation for our farm today.

For 4 generations the Miller family has raised cattle and potatoes, hunted & trapped, logged & milled the forests on this land. During the 1990’s Bruce & Brenda made the commitment to grow only 100% certified organic food on our 500 acre farm, a bold risk. In the mid-2010’s the Miller Family began dreaming of creating farm brewery that produced their own ingredients on-site to create memorable & unique ‘terroir’ filled experiences.

Inspired by memories of trips through the rustic wine regions of France and Spain and spurred on by a farmer’s self-determination, Bruce & Brenda, together with their 5 sons, work hard to create a future where your beer is grown and brewed 100% locally. Creating an experience that embraces the one-of-a-kind products and culture only possible when doing things the way they ought to be done.
